Yeah I need to get on @cyndi before it's too late! Always good to get a recipe that someone else has tried. I have a lot of elderflower in my hedge. My father in law keeps telling me to chop it down because it's a weed ;)
@embob I just put elderflower cordial in the search engine...it doesn't have citric acid in it..I just added another lemon instead.. I have to say it was delicious and lasted about a week with my fellow gin drinkers... 😎😂😁😀
Oh interesting! Recipe I used has citric acid. Will post now. I wonder if it just helps it keep? ... says it can stay in fridge for a year!
A year??? 🤓.. blimey mine lasted about 4 days.. it does taste so much nicer than shop bought honestly @embob
