Can I get my lupin to flower again? It looks v sorry for itself.

Yes cut the spent flower spike and it should re flower 🌺

I go as far down the spike as the leaves but if you want to save the seeds you should leave it to dry on the plant, I tend to wait till later in the season to save the seeds from a later flowering spike..

Those are SEED PODS Laura ......you can dry them out and sow them. Each pod will have loads of seeds. When the whole stem goes like this cut it off to encourage new growth :)
