Yes, I decided to 🎶"start at the beginning. A very good place to start."🎶. There was a bunch of dread leaves and branches and it had encompassed my citron, kumquat, two bougainvilleas and a Brugmansia on my side. 🤯 Huge! The main vines (1" thick) are producing leaves again. @lesliecole49

Doe a deer.... they grow wild here but I've never seen one this big, very cool and I probly would try the same thing. Not that that would work for me!

They would work for you. We have non edible varieties growing wild here. The monarchs 🦋 love those. @lesliecole49

The grasshoppers decimate them as fast as I can kill them! I haven't tried them for a few years. 🤔

This is the mess I "gave"my neighbor. My #passionvine grew over to his side, covering his avocado tree, then trying to cover his 🌴 and Sycamore tree creating an "awning"of sorts. He said he liked the shade, but not the nightly opossums and rats to eat the fruit he does not like. 😳. Well, he understood my reasoning for it growing unstopped, but finely had his gardener chop and remove it. Great apologies were given. It did look nice on my side. 😉 #southerncalifornia 1 March 2022

Holy passion fruit! Is this on your side or his? I have wild honeysuckle here that does this. It's pretty much impossible for me to control

😂 Leslie, the part you see in his tree is probably only a third of what was on his side. 😳 It had another third on my side and it had gone over the fence to his backyard neighbor! 🤯 Very healthy. I plan to train it and am hoping it is not impossible. @lesliecole49

It was self sown!! But I have grown from seed. All I did was squish a very ripe passionfruit into the ground, cover with soil + water in. Have done it in a pot + in the garden.

Label says- Passiflora edulis 'Frederick' Gian Passion fruit, the largest variety. Purple-black fruit (3-4") across with fragrant, delicious pulp. Skin wrinkles when ripe. Fast #evergreen vine. Full 🌞, average watering, protect from hard freeze. Zones 8a-10a
