Sadly it looks like I've lost my bay tree. This split appeared yesterday. The tree was already in a bad way and appeared to be dying off. Started originally by a greece band then last year to recovering from being cut back and this year having to roots trimmed dispite having lots of feed and TLC. Luckly I do have a small very young bay to take over from it. But it's sad as I grew this one from a sucker off my perants old tree. The new one is a sucker off this one.
