She's recovering ok, but suffered some serious damage from frost about 2 weeks ago #echeveria-perlevonnurnberg #echeveria #pvn #frostdamage #recovery

Few days later and the parts that were damaged from frost are turning black. Sadly I will probably lose most of the outer leaves on this one between frost and shipping damage :( #frostdamage #echeveria-perlevonnurnberg

@KelsiBriana It was Amazon. I sent them an email just to let them know what happened and suggested heat packs as an add-on item, but haven't heard anything back yet.

They appreciated the feedback and gave me a refund even though I didn't ask for one :) Yay!
