This is Deadly Nightshade. I remove it and place it in the garbage, not even wanting to compost it. Highly toxic.

It's Woody Nightshade (Solanum dulcamara). Deadly Nightshade (Atropa belladonna) has duller purple, solitary bell-shaped flowers.
