@mrsgemh. Hi I'm new to GT too so just finding my way around. When visiting Alnwick gardens I found that half the plants in my garden were poisonous! Yes there are lots of other plants to do the job but there's nothing like educating the little people from an early age not to touch ANYTHING!! Always wash hands after being in garden etc. Nothing you don't know I'm sure. I grow foxgloves myself and try to keep them to the back of my borders but it's not always possible. @harebell

Hi @tiger123 what you say is so very true educating early is best all around, I would have been putting foxgloves to the back also however with the fact that they self seed I don't want to take the chance because I want him to feel free to have fun in the garden without us all worrying I can always get them when he's a bit older I guess thanks for your help 👍

Absolutely @mrsgemh your own garden is so often their first taste of freedom and fun is what it's all about. We have dens and secret paths and outdoor kitchens - we can turn back the clock for ourselves too🐌🦎🐞🐝🙄
