Its called chain of hearts

@michaelhelou it actually has a few different names I've cone across - "hearts entangled" is another, even nicer name for them :)

#Ceropegiawoodii ..... Common names include chain of hearts, collar of hearts, string of hearts, rosary vine, hearts-on-a-string and sweetheart vine. 😆
