I'm desperately trying to save this one but am I too late? I recently repotted it in ericaceous compost and have been feeding it with a liquid feed but nothing seems to be happening - I suspect that's because it's dead but any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Your rhodedendron the liquid feed. Trying to force it has done more damage than good. The fresh ericacous compost would have sufficed. It looks seriously I'll but a couple of ideas to get and help it's recovery. Remove it from the compost and clean the roots off as best you can. Strip the plant of all its leaves as their dead. Prune the branches back a good 6 to i
Again. Lightly water in with rainwater, not tapwater. Place in semi-shade and let it get on with it. Will take a while, couple of months maybe, before you see anything but if nothing by
