You guys, I think they are all aloe Vera and it was a sun/water thing happening, although the big one up front was getting way more (6*hrs) dappled light under the rose bushes and didn’t have drainage. I’m not too sure about this one for eating etc..The ones in the back had drainage holes, and got the least amount of sun. The one in my hand I bought earlier this year and it’s roots aren’t really developed all that much. It got at least 3 hrs direct morning light and indirect the rest of the day
@kamaki it is! I didn’t want to think they were all aloe Vera wrongly and accidentally poison my family though. 😅 I think the one in the background looks best. They are all in the same soil mix now so I will put them all where that one was and see what happens!

It's interesting what different levels of light and drainage can do to plants!

Sounds like a great idea.. I hope they all begin to flourish. Keep us updated please?
@kamaki thanks! 💚 I hope they do too! I will, now that I’m looking at them all, this is interesting stuff!
Keep at it @ohhyouknow Lauren, I'm sure you'll do your best to help your plants.. I agree it really is fascinating.
