Can anyone else relate? I definitely feel like this sometimes. Take as much time as you need, flower friend. 💛 #goodthingscometothosewhowait #yellow #sunflower #flower #bloom #terracottamomma

Shy sunflower.

Plant facepalm! Someone just told it a horrible joke.

Both of these #sunflowers are from the same stalk. The #flower on the right is the topmost #bloom while the flower on the left is from directly beneath it. 🌻 #plantsmakepeoplehappy #sunflowers #yellow #terracottamomma

Love this shot!

Thank you @greenroomgarden 💛

Most of my #sunflowers went wild this year, and the #blooms along the stalk are a lot smaller than the #flower at the top. Even so, the smaller of the blooms takes up my whole hand. 👐 #yellow #rainbowweek #sunflower #terracottamomma #plantsmakepeoplehappy

This little #bee friend dropped by to say hello for #wildlifewednesday 🐝 I love the sacred geometry in a #sunflower. #terracottamomma

I can always tell which of my #sunflowers have been visited by bees. 🐝 The center (or disc florets) goes dark with the lack of #pollen. You can see only a small circle left on this one, with more pollen becoming available as the disc florets bloom. Disc florets #bloom from the outer edge inward. #terracottamomma
