This is YELLOW LOOSESTRIFE Padraig .......can be very invasive if not managed :)

Thanks Pauline and Keely, and your right about it being invasive. I've planted it in an area that I want it to fill but I've ensure it can't take over as I've trapped it behind a concrete edging lol.
