How do I know when it’s ready
@joanng it depends on the type of celery you've planted and whether it was sown from seed or transplanted but generally they harvest between 80-120days from seed however I gauge my harvest time by the look and size of the plant. Don't be scared to cut off an outer stem and taste test it.
