@SikoMa and @gjones My #avocado seed is finally #sprouting on top. I have another one, different species that is doing nothing.
Is the one that hasn't sprouted an organic variety?
I don't think so @KariSamuel It was just a different shape and darker green
@KariSamuel I just like them so I don't look at the names. I will now. 😊
@gjones I think I planted it before Christmas. I posted it before when the root was tiny.
Yes @gjones Patience 😃
Wow! Mine never looked this good. Had a few spider web roots, but nothing this substantial😩😬. Is this in full sun?
@SikoMa It is on a window ledge North facing. My friend had one that didn't make it in a very bright hot window. 🤔

@gjones #success this is the one I started a few weeks ago and now you can see the root growing. Have you tried it yet? 😊
Yes. I think it works better but just wait and see. @gjones
How is it doing now?
The root is around 3 inches long but no top yet Dar @SikoMa Sometimes it takes ages. 😊
Thank you Linda. You definitely need an abundance of patience with gardening. 😩
Yes. Can't rush anything. Have a good day. I'm off to bed soon. 😌

Starting a new avocado!
I've try'd this so many times 😥
#avocado
I have 2 growing good so decided to try again. They like my kitchen window @hagar.
I hope you have better luck than me😳
Try again @SikoMa. It will work. Peal the seed first. 🌱
@gjones I peal it and wash it straight away and put it in the water. Some grow in a few weeks and some after 6 weeks. All different. Good luck. 🌴🍈
@SikoMa @gjones my #avacado on the left has finally got a root starting. It looks a bit rude! 😁 The one on the right has just taken off the last 2 weeks and is growing leaves and more roots. Patience! 😁😁😁
#avocado #avocado-propagation
Yay! @gjones I guess they will grow any way you do it! 😁🌱
