What’s best way to revive this plant as lots of dead leaves in middle
I would just cut off all the dead foliage and that should help it. 😊
It looks great from here! You can also just gently pull your fingers through it, almost like combing it, to pull the dead bits out. This tends to look more natural than chopping bits IMHO
