Does your fish eat the plant? I couldn't put any plants in my pond because my fish eats everything I put in there.

In one of the other ponds the Koi carp are eating the water lilies. We used to have a weed in there on the top that they ate and there wasn't a problem.

So I guess it's normal that Koi eats the plants. I used to have water Lillies and water hyacinth.

@jewljewl we used to have a duck weed type plant that was inclined to take over we were always throwing out and they ate that. But we don't have that now
