I am a very keen gardener who loves taking pictures of her flowers! I have a small inner city London garden and 4 cats.

Peeping through. Can this be split? I had one last year but it seems 2 are coming through this year. #advice

I've got 2 white ones. One in a pot and one in the front border , planted 2 years ago. The one in the pot is a much bigger and healthier one with lots of buds already. I wouldn't try to split them while in active growth. As far as I can remember , they have got very unusual root system. They were like 5 or 6 inch long sticks when I planted them . It is very easy to damage them at this stage . Best to wait till late autumn when the dormancy starts imo ...😊

Thanks @OICANALP I might leave it till next year then seeing as it has put so much effort into getting bigger this year. It also seems very happy where it is.
