Portulacaria Afra

This Elephant Bush has overtaken this flowerbed in the front yard. This started off in a planter pot as a cutting in an arrangement about 4 years ago. It was never repotted, it overtook the arrangement and now the pot has broken open. I think I'm going to cut the pot away from itand incorporate the rest of it into the flowerbed since it's so rooted into the flowerbed.

Thanks @shawnasea 🥰 It's very healthy and maintaining itself at this point. Hardly need to be watered by me. I am worried about the pot constricting it, though. It needs to be removed, soon 😬

I wish you luck with your elephant bush @angiie 💚🥰 I'm in zone 9b and it loves the heat. It seems to be okay in the frost, as well. Which it freezes lot in the winter here (surprisingly it only snows once every 10 years and it's very light, mostly snows in the mountains)

I think this one needs some shaping @angiie So I might take some cuttings, root them and maybe put it somewhere else with more space 😊
