Rosa 'Mister Lincoln'

Help me identify this plant. An old rose bush here when we bought the house. Lovely smell. Wish I knew the name

I thought it might @sue53 but isn't Mr Lincoln darker? It would stand to reason though. I think it's a really old bush

@sue53. I think it's fairly safe to name it mr Lincoln. I did further viewing on google and there does seem to be some variation in the depth of the red and the leaves seem to be right. A bit concerned that my petals don't swirl from the centre as much as other photos but that could be a deformity from age and care. It goes to 1.5 metres and is a neat bush so fits all other specs. Thanks for the interest. I will officially call it a Mr Lincoln.
