Papaver somniferum

Little bit soggy it's rained nonstop here! Picked this up at a church fate and its stunning just said poppy scarlet on a lollipop stick. I was surprised when the flower opened to see this Beauty! Any advice on collecting the seeds would be wonderful as I'm not sure if it comes again or not??? Thanks in advance!!!!!! 😀

@Spudicus ......that is a self seeded OPIUM POPPY. Once the petals have fallen off you'll be left with a large seed head. I cut it off and put it in my shed to dry which takes ages. Once dry I scatter the tiny seeds inside all over my garden ready for next year :)
