@jeatacake Jeff. Oh there’s worse areas. I’m usually on top of it all but recently I smashed my right elbow on something and caused a major case of tennis elbow. Picking up 2 litres of milk kills my elbow. Typical qld house. On stilts for coolth 🤩

Sorry to hear that. I believe they are extremely painful. You have my sympathy. Do antiinflammatories help?

@jeatacake thanks Jeff. I just take ibuprofen when it it’s really sore. ESP before rain. I was on NSAI non steroid anti inflammatory for bursitis in all my joints but they made me lose my balance walking around like a drunk and I don’t even drink. Contortionist gymnast 🤸‍♀️to 14, every sport possible including skydiving down to lawn bowls until I was early 30s. Plus landscaping (I owned a nursery) and house reno’s since, have made me feel like an old crumble an I’m only 50 this year.

Well, at 52 I had to have a knee joint replacement, due arthritis brought on by playing football until my late 30's, front teeth broken playing rugby, broken ribs & fingers playing cricket, fractured skull & broken arm as a kid & much more recently, needing cataract ops. I think I'm just ahead in the queue for the knackers yard! None of it stops me going much & at least I can look forward to retiring next year, with more time to do it!
