Not normally although i got some slow release granules on offer this spring and scattered a few around. Yet seem to be very hardy. I just sow a couple of random seeds all year round to encourage new plants and they just keep coming! @midnightgardener

@SylviaDavies That's fantastic but I thought you could only use granules in pots and baskets? Unless you've got a different one. Good going 😊😊

@SylviaDavies Well why not I like that motto. After all nothing ventured nothing gained. It's all learning isn't it. Like today before it got lovely and sunny (still lovely now 🌞🌞) I went in my greenhouse and looked at my first Sunflowers. Not knowing but just a feeling, I thought they need to be potted seperately now. I could've looked online yes, but I got my bits together and separated them. Sorry you'll be falling asleep by now!😃Well I think I've done the right thing. We'll see😊
