Slow progress with #weeding the #rhubarb bed... In retrospect I shouldn't have risked using the not-quite-ready compost!

#rhubarb enjoying its new home, the heavy manuring has made a big difference.

Even when those shoots die off, more will come up from the crown. Can't seem to kill mine!!

#rhubarb #fromseed ! They took off pretty fast, then a lot of them died back and I thought they'd had it, but there are new #shoots appearing now!

Rhubarb seems impossible to kill! The abuse I've put mine through is unreal 😆

I hope you're right! I want lots of rhubarb this year so I've sown some more seeds and ordered some crowns as well, which went in yesterday and are now covered in snow... @Mikekally
