Reminds me of an agave I saw at Home Depot this year I almost bought. I had to pass on it because it was too expensive for a plant that easily produces offsets. I _think_ it was called artichoke agave, I don’t remember it’s true name. It was an Altman Plants plant, so you might browse their website for it to check. Sorry I can’t remember 🙈
