Oh lovely! Mine are still tightly bound...I'm dying for them to pop!! I have five giant ones, following last year's experiment with one giant. Day of the triffids!! 😊

@tucksjersey I wish I had bought bigger ones. Lost loads of mine this year 😢

@anne8691 oh no, you lost loads? Weather causing water-logged condition or was it pest related? We lost a lot last year so decided on what we hoped would be a hardier giant version! All ok so far, just need more sun to make 'em pop! ☀️🤗

Not sure but I do have a lot of cockchafer larvae in the garden so most likely the problem
