@sushiwaitress no, black water beads. They release water too slow to be efficient for proper watering but I like the look of them and filled the bottle and terracotta Spike with water frequently.

They do look cool, esp with the Bacardi label 😉👍

#planthelp overzealous watering caused some root rot. I think I got it in time. This is what I took out of the plant, cut off the damage, dipped in rooting hormone, and placed them in the leka. No water yet. Tips? I want to try to root as many as I can. #swisscheesemonstera #plantproblems #leafpropagation
