Yes. They last for weeks in a vase. Especially as there flowers are huge x

Cut the stem off as the bloom is still tight but opening then cut it again while the stem is in water to help kill off bacteria then but then in a vase x

Thanks @ged. Too late for this bloom unfortunately. Any idea how I encourage more buds? I only have this one bloom on the plant and no sign of any other buds forming......

Lovely leaf colour! Mine too are coming through as I successfully moved and replanted last year- yay as they say they don't like being moved- hoping it'll flower then!
