Hey Busayomi! Welcome! It's a healthy looking plant! I bet it smells amazing! Whereabouts in the world are you! I should know the green/white/green flag - but ashamed to say I don't! 😳
Hmmmm!? They don't seem to be crispy brown on the edges - so maybe not a lack of moisture or wind scorched, maybe not enough sunlight???? Dunno! It still looks a lot healthier than mine - I'd happily swap!
Oh OK. It's getting more than enough if u are familiar with Nigerian weather, you'd know it's getting sunlight. This is my first time of planting lemon balm and I had to order for the seeds at Seedsnow site. I don't even think we have this plant in Nigeria. I love planting herbs especially the ones we don't have here. Hence my worries. @atmospheric-derek
#lemonbalm #melissa #lemonbalm-advice Hash tags are a great way to group photos by topic and/or subject matter so you can search. Anyone can start a hashtag or add to one. Simply place a # ahead of any word or phrase you want to create or add to. Hashtags can be fun!! 😊 But mainly tags are useful when doing a search for something, including admin who use them to compile posts/collages as part of the regular challenges.
Lemon balm and mints recover well after a good cut back. When my mints or lemon balm looks a bit ragged I cut it back. The new growth is then fresh and healthy. A nice liquid feed helps too.
#Lemonbalm Please does anyone know the reason for the colour change? It has taken a purple hue
