You can April, but be careful of the heat , if you don't want to chance it wait until late fall or spring when it's shoots are sent up, there are some very good tutorials on the net! 💘😍

Yes you can divide them, as @ShelleySnyder so rightly says, but you need to do so in early spring just as they’re coming into growth. 👍💚

As a #rulebreaker I divide & conquer when ever I can or have to! But it is best earlier in the spring or late fall after blooming!
