OK - silly question time!! This is a hosta from when I divided one up last year. My question is - is this one hosta or is it two? And if it's two, why is there two and not just a single one from the one root cutting? Thank you #sillyquestion

There are always lots of stems on a hosta. That’s how they grow and spread

For now, treat it as one. Once it's established you can divide again 😊
