All it takes is a few days sun and the Aeonium starts to colour up.

I'm gutted lost mine over winter it had 3 heads on and is just a stalk now must of been too cold in summerhouse knew I should have brought it indoors 😥
Is the stalk solid or soft to the touch? Sometimes they will reshoot if the main stem is viable
