#succulantsunday all present and correct, back on the windowsill post division 🙂 even the diddy guy on the end
They're looking very healthy Sam 😍😍
Looking fab! Coincidentally I was just looking at mine and thinking of doing the same but it will be quite a task... it's very old and over a meter high. Do they separate easily or is it a job for the bread knife?! 🤔
Wow! They love look fab! I've decided I'm having some of these next year as they are lovely 😍😍
It's interesting.. as a child who grew up when these were derided as mere mother in laws tongue ....that they are now so popular, I love them and they are excellent air purifiers as backed up by NASA 👍 @hayleyaj
Yes me too! Such an uncool plant over the years! But with the rise in succulent popularity, they are back with a vengeance! And now I can see why. I've read about many plants that are fab for the home for air quality, I have Peace Lily's, had a huge one and divided it and now they are everywhere! But defiantly having some of these next year as they look so great too! 👍🏻
Look forward to seeing yours in situ Hayley 🙂 it great that houseplants of all types are back in vogue, especially among the younger generations, I'm really hoping it will spawn a new crowd of horticulturalists 🤞 sadly I've never had any luck with peace Lily's ...so if I try again I know who to go to for advice 🤔 @hayleyaj
They prefer to only be watered when the compost is dry and hate direct sun! A couple of tips for your next one! Go on give them another go! 😄😄
I may well Hayley 🙂 thanks 🙏 @hayleyaj
You can have one of mine! 😄

And after ... thanks to @opiewan for the tip 👍
They look fantastically healthy!
Thanks Adele it's the first house plant I've had which I haven't killed ! @opiewan

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you Katie 🙂 @brightcolours
And may I ask what that tip was, from @opiewan ?
I needed to split these up as they were growing lots of babies and @opiewan said she just pulled apart by hand .. very reassuring and worked well 👍 @lesliecole49
@lesliecole49 I didn’t add much helpful just general encouragement to not be frightened by it as they are very robust. I’ve just used my hands to separate the ‘pup’ from the established plant. You can be very assertive with them .
It gave me the confidence to get on with it @opiewan so thank you again 🙂
Exactly, @icedance @opiewan , sometimes just a little encouragement is all it takes. Someone to say, I did it, try it like this..
Hi Jacqueline I got some fab advice from @opiewan on this .. I split by pulling apart by hand ... but I can't see a reason not to resort to the bread knife if resistant , as long as you keep a decent amount of root attached 🙂👍 @awomanonabike I posted some before during ad after pics a couple of weeks ago 😊

Yay welcome to 'succulentholics' Sam you'll fit right in 😉😘👍
Thanks Jane I hope so @daisy-jane
Sharp and harsh lol 😂
😂😂 @duaneneil mine is coming over today at precisely 2.45 ??!! Thankfully hers is neither of those 🙂
Haha 😂😆
Always aware that with two boys I will be one of these one day .. fingers crossed if they ever move away from the computer screen 📺!! @duaneneil
I know my DIL thinks better of me than "sharp and harsh" lol @duaneneil !!
My next one to get! Love them 💚
Saw them growing en masse in Barbados last year @hayleyaj they looked fantastic so trying in my own small way to recreate it on my kitchen window sill
I have a potted outdoor scheme in mind for the summer, found it on Pinterest!! 😃😃
Ooh great plan @hayleyaj I fancy putting an Aspidistra out with them too 🌱💚
Following their recent division I have a little runt of the litter ...feel rather protective 👶 💕 #succulentsunday
Aww, that’s very dinky 💚💚
