Aeonium Arboreum Zwartkop

Hello everyone. I've seen these plants branch. Mine are single stemmed can anyone tell me if I have to do anything to get them to branch out?

Welcome @janedy .They can be slow but they will eventually sprout out of the stem Im sure 😆
