If you expect the tulips to bloom, the bulbs must go through a chilling process. That chilling process is provided naturally in cold winter climates byplanting the bulbs in early fall."
@tnhelser I hope they do well... I'd add some sort of bulb enhancing fertilizer, since they were not happy before. That might help. They want to be in sun, but you'll need to water them in if you have a hot spell. :)
