This is my baby! Ive had it for 16 years and it has thrived in that spot all its life. A couple of months ago it started getting brown patches on its leaves which the internet seemed to think was sign of rot from overwatering - which made sense as id given quite a lot recently. I added perlite to the soil thinking it would help aeriate and dry the roots. I thought it was improving (in fact it has sprouted 3 new leaves since about that time. A new leaf off the first new leaf that sprouted from a cutting I took in about December. The original leaf died. But i cant believe how tiny the new leaf is - see 20p for scale.
