Old chicken bedding that's been left for over a year mulching the garlic. 👍 Since I didn't have any straw this year.

I'm pretty sure this is giant garlic that must have re planted it self from one I must have left in cos it wasn't in the row or garlic I had in but was next to it. 😀

Erm. No idea what you mean there. Heard you can do that with potatoes.

Yeah like potato's but this is in water, you can chit any seed before planting in soil in water. I'm just doing it as the allotment needs digging over and allsorts to fix the drainage before I plant them @charlotte
