Multiple splittings is due to overwatering. Looks like they are still in the nursery pot? I would put them in gritty mix instead.

Thanks for your insight @hailstarscream . They are still in the nursery pot as I didn’t want to disturb them while they were splitting. I thought I would wait for that to be complete before giving them a new home.

@kylers sounds like a good idea. I've heard of people taking the lower leaves off if they are stacked like that. Just something to look into.

I thought that’s where they pulled the nutrients from @hailstarscream ?

@kylers yes, they do, but when they have too many leaves they are at a risk for rot. Not saying you should (not the expert), just thought it might be an idea.
