9/14/2019 Everyone say "ah". The #venus-fly-trap is doing great! I noticed it isn't as red as when I received it. I'll have to look into if it's the Sun or the heat. I just replanted it to a self watering pot since I've been curious how carnivorous plants like this would like it. Time will tell.

8/15/2019 #venus-fly-trap to go with my #dente-venusflytrap and all the #carnivorous-plants
8/9/2020 This #venus-fly-trap has managed to recover much more quickly from the bird attack but, if I remember correctly, it also had less damage to it. Stupid birds. I like them for pest control but not the damage to my plants.
One of my favorites of all time! I live in southern NC and I remember when we would go to Holdens Beach you could see the fly traps on the side of the road. I think I’ll go dig some up..jk jk I’ll go through the proper process.
@shibaridan Yeah. I've heard they're super native in the Carolinas. And Tennessee and Arkansas, I think? It'd be so cool to see them in their natural habitat!
So many traps!
