What is eating holes in my dahlia leaves? I can't see any pests in the underside of the leaves. What can I do about it?

Looks like a vine weevil bite possibly you rarely see them except at dusk

Do I spray it with something

I hope the flowers will be ok. My Australian granddaughter planted those seeds. I wanted to send her a picture when they flower 🌺 😳
