This ID is: portulacaria afra 'prostrate form'; dwarf elephant food. This plant is suitable for Bonsai. A ground cover that can measure 6" tall x 4-6' with small leaves and red stems. The flowers are lavender, but rarely present. Sun/shade. Drought tolerant. 25-30°F.
