Lithops

I got my first #livingstone today! Any #lithops-advice ?

Compared to many succulents, they are particularly sensitive to overwatering.

My advice would be to gently wash that soil off the plant and repot it in gritty mix. 80-90% pumice/turface/gravel/coarse sand and 10-20% potting mix or coco coir or succulent mix. And read all you can about them. 😙 Have fun, they're fascinating.

@sushiwaitress thank you! I’ve done that and it seems to be doing okay. It’s not dead yet, anyway. I actually repotted again a few days ago because I accidentally dumped it over too because I’m such a clutz lol

@sushiwaitress Since the soil is dry from not watering them only rarely (from what I understood, I could be wrong) they just dump right out too!
