Yeay 4 new lithops. One has a flower oh my. I can't get them to flower or split on my own but I'll buy them that way. Lol there's in order, a naureeniae c304, a pseudotruncatella SSP volkii c069, olivacea c109, and the flowering one which is a olivacea V. nebrownii c162b. #lithops #livingstones #succulent #newaddition #lithops-olivacea #plantmail
For once they indeed look deceptive..looks like a real stone... amazing
How nice yours actually has ids with them. Look great!🌞
Thanks @sunlovin i usually buy them from 2 places the first doesn't give names but they're generally cheap and healthy and large. These ones with names are so much smaller and around double the price, but from a reputable lithops dealer. Lol lithops dealer.
I’m curious to see how big my baby Lithops will be in one year. 🤔🌞 @mandajayne
It's great watching the little ones. I can't wait till spring I'll try again with seeds. :)

More lithops seeds for germination. At least I'm trying at the right time of year, bet none come. Lol 20 seeds, mostly pumice, some sand, aquarium rocks and tiny bit coco coir. Wish me luck. #lithopsseeds
Good luck! 👍
@mandajayne my son got some of these last week. I'll ask him for a progress report. I know he asked to use some of my vermiculate but don't know what else went in.
I grew some last Dec, complete wrong time and wrong substrate and I have 8 still going. I did everything 'right' this time and bet it goes wrong. Murpheys law. :)
#lithops baby lithops about 9 months old or so now. Still 3 that haven't had their first #split. #livingstones
Omg living stones I’ve never ever heard of these before let alone seen them lithops you say how do you look after them ?
They’re starting to develop their true color. 💕🌞
So exciting to see what type they are as they were a mixed seeds. @sunlovin
@loveofplants they like a very gritty mix, I use around 80-90 percent pumice, with a little sand and 15-10 organic. They do better in terracotta. Only water sparingly during spring and autumn when temps are under 20c at night, and even then I think in autumn I only watered mine maybe 4 times, since I've had them in 8-9 months maybe 6 times in total. I drench them until water comes out the bottom. Never water when splitting. I love lithops. Tho they can be slow and boring sometimes.
But when something does finally happen it's the best thing ever. Lol
Wow @mandajayne they sound amazing, I’ve never seen them in garden centres over here, I will keep a eye out for sure now thank you for the advice appreciated 😁
