Got this at a farmers market last summer. Still alive but doesn’t look too happy.
Looks like a young Cryptomeria Japonica 'Elegans Compacta' that has been shaped. Needs a bit of direct sunlight, and well drained soil, but should also be watered regularly.
i think its juniper right?
