Looks like a loquat to me... Doing a damned sight better than mine after the fam forced oven conditions here over the last few days!

It's self sewn then along with the fig tree in my lilac :). Past owners must've liked throwing pips into garden ;). Unless brought there by birds. Are they big?? May have to move it as it's close to driveway
