Black bamboo plant I successfully grew this Black Bamboo plant .....grown from seed- the other 11 seeds I planted failed to getminate 😂

Was the seed out of a packet or from another bamboo our next door neighbour has got a giant black bamboo I'll go round for a look

Just re read my comment above- must have been tired when I wrote it 😂 @nobby I purchased the seed from a bamboo grower in Queensland online- doesn't look black yet- hope I got the correct seeds

Thanks I've ordered some here in the UK

I know they take about 3years to produce or turn black
