Citrus limon syn. Citrus x limonia

#pestcontrol-lemon Any advice on what these bugs are on my lemon tree? They are like tiny scaley blobs that start out black then grow bigger and go transparent. They seem to suck the sap out and even though I've cleaned them all off numerous times they keep reappearing. They appeared when I kept my tree indoors but I've had it outside since last winter and they still appear. Any help greatly appreciated!

This is SCALE BUG/INSECT Sarah .......they suck the sap out of the plant thus depriving it of essential nutrients. Had this on one of my CLEMATIS ......bought a spray which did help after cutting out the affected leaves etc.

Can't recall the name but it actually said scale bug on it Sarah ......any good GC will sell it. Ask one of the staff :))
