My grandmother taught me how to garden. She loved daylillies and hostas. She is gone now, but gardening helps me remember her. Zone 5b

@KarCad I want a pink one now too! This gardening community could be dangerous for my pocketbook! Haha

@smileeguy - I know!!! 😂 I'm a gardening addict 😂. I don't really have a huge lot and I don't have time to let stuff get too over grown so I have a lot of plants in pots. Plus I live in Florida & it's really hot & humid. From all the plants I describe to people you'd think I have a couple acres which I don't.

@KarCad I have quite a large yard. I am in Utah (dry and cold or dry and hot), so alot of my tender succulents have to live inside most of the time. I prefer perrennials and only use annuals in pots to add color. I prefer drought tolerant stuff like sedums, yarrow etc.

@smileeguy - I have a lot of different colors of Vinca/periwinkle because they can take the intense sun/heat & are very drought tolerant, salvia, Plumbago, hibiscus, Honeysuckles, confederate Jasmine, golden dew drop, & crape myrtles, ....many others
