Hosta

Help me identify this plant. This is one of the many gems I found under the bell flower. Is this s hosta? #plantid

Looks like a hosta to me... You are finding a lot of buried treasure under there😂😂😂

The best thing I've done so far is rip that stuff out :). Sure is exciting, make the physical part of it a bit more relieving

Yup that's a hosta. You can actually take it out, rince off the roots clean of dirt and pick out any anything that looks not part of the plant and repot it in a clean pot of dirt to let it try to grow back while you clear the bed.

The weird thing is I think this is a volunteer. Or by seed by the previous owner. There is no other hostess other than in the back. The thought it may be a volunteer is pretty cool to me.

It almost looks like two hostas the way it's grow. Two leaves that are next to each other are growing same direction... Gotta investigate this more. :) @bluebutterfly @MelanieAt
