@ziggywallflower no worries 😊 I did a little digging to help with an ID for you, I hope that's ok? it defin does look like a type of Agave Titanota it has the same sort of teeth and shape 🙂 I have one myself but it's only quite small atm so I was curious when I came across yours lol
