Looks like a peony to me too ☺️
Definitely a Peony so make sure it can get plenty of sun in order to produce flower buds 👍 and if you decide to move it then don't plant deep only go just below soil level.
Thanks @Diane76 Weeded that particular border today, cut back various trees & shrubs (some have gone unfortunately due to being planted too close together and left to grow and grow!) 2 Peony and a hydrangea have somehow survived all the clutter and now have lots of light and sunshine! I'm hoping they'll thrive! 🤞👍👍
